This project was a complete retail transformation on Water Street in downtown St.John’s Newfoundland.
The building was gutted to make way for new electrical, plumping, drywall, flooring, and paint. A new pad was also poured in the basement for a new vault room with custom shelving for product space and a pneumatic tube system running between floors.
The project was capped off with exterior finishes and new signage.
