The South Simcoe Railway is a steam heritage railway north of Toronto in Tottenham, Ontario. This is the oldest operating steam heritage railway in the province and has operated excursions since 1993. The South Simcoe Railway ticket office needed to be updated and extra windows added.
The original structure was stripped down to the studs and reframed for new windows, door, and a bump-out. A metal larger roof was added with soffit and vents. Finally, new siding and trim were installed to complete the exterior transformation.
